I think the best way to exercise varies from person to person it’s important find what works for you. In my personal in opinion / experience HIT workouts or a nice bike is the most fun and effective way to exercise.

If you could be a character from a book or film, who would you be? Why?
I would be Denzel Washington’s character in the equalizer because he was very resourceful , intelligent , compassionate towards the vulnerable and oppressed. He was very disciplined and always remained calm under pressure and also extremely loyal.

By starting the week on a positive note, you can feel more energized and focused, which can help you tackle your goals and challenges with more enthusiasm and confidence. How do you keep yourself motivated throughout the week ? I usually do spin class followed my 20 to 30 minutes in the sauna. The sauna is a great way to unwind and de-stress after a long day. The heat can help relieve tension in your muscles and improve circulation throughout your body. Additionally, spending time in the sauna can help you detoxify your body, as sweating helps eliminate toxins. Saunas have also been shown to boost your immune system, as the heat can help stimulate the production of white blood cells. Overall, the sauna can be a great way to improve your physical and mental health. Another way I keep myself motivated throughout the week is meal prepping. Meal prepping can help you save time and money. It also helps you make healthier choices and control portion sizes. Plus, having pre-made meals on hand can reduce stress and make it easier to stick to a healthy eating plan. Wishing everyone a happy & healthy week !
