How do you keep yourself motivated throughout the week ? I usually do spin class followed my 20 to 30 minutes in the sauna. The sauna is a great way to unwind and de-stress after a long day. The heat can help relieve tension in your muscles and improve circulation throughout your body. Additionally, spending time in the sauna can help you detoxify your body, as sweating helps eliminate toxins. Saunas have also been shown to boost your immune system, as the heat can help stimulate the production of white blood cells. Overall, the sauna can be a great way to improve your physical and mental health. Another way I keep myself motivated throughout the week is meal prepping. Meal prepping can help you save time and money. It also helps you make healthier choices and control portion sizes.
